"Elementa", Isabella Fabbri's second solo album, continues the musical exploration initiated by the artist with her debut album "Rainbow" (2021).

With "Elementa", the focus shifts from yoga to shamanic traditions: each track of the album is inspired by the four natural elements which, in various shamanic cultures, are connected to four different aspects of humanity and serve distinct functions: Earth (associated with the physical body) nurtures and strengthens; Fire (associated with sexuality and spirituality) generates and provides energy; Water (associated with emotions) purifies from negativity; Air (associated with thoughts) expands and liberates the mind.

The sounds of Isabella Fabbri's four saxophones (baritone, tenor, alto and soprano), each one associated by the artist with a different natural element, blend with evocative electronic atmospheres, interspersed with vocal pieces inspired by the medicine songs of Amazonian rainforest.

"Elementa" invites the listener to reconnect with the four elements of nature, to recognize them within oneself and to respect them as pillars of life.

The Earth element is synonymous with stability, fertility and prosperity. It represents the foundation upon which the other elements are built and the source of nourishment for all forms of life. This element is also associated with Mother Earth, understood as the life force that governs all living beings on our planet. The Earth element provides protection, nourishment and strength and, in humans, it can be linked to the physical body and the connection with the material world. Music inspired by the Earth element aims to bring grounding, nourishment, and strength to those who listen. It also encourages honoring and caring for the Earth, recognizing it as home and nurturer, as well as honoring and caring for one's own body, nourishing it and treating it consciously.

FIRE (Instrumental + Medicine Song)

The Fire element is synonymous with vital energy, wisdom and transformation. Associated with the sun, it represents the luminous force that sustains every living being. It is also considered a mediator between the material world and the spiritual realm, playing a central role in sacred ceremonies. The Fire element offers vitality, stimulates transformation processes and, in humans, can be linked to sexuality, understood as the physical expression that creates spiritual energy. The pieces related to fire aim to bring vigor and light to those who listen. Furthermore, the music encourages honoring and celebrating the Fire element, recognizing it as the driver of life, as well as nurturing one's own vital and creative energy by doing what one loves.

WATER (Instrumental + Medicine Song)

The Water element is synonymous with purification, clarity and healing. It is seen as a sacred gift and, in ceremonial rituals, can be used to cleanse the body, mind and spirit. Water is often associated with life itself and its eternal cycle and, in humans, can be linked to emotions. The music inspired by water aims to bring clarity and calm to those who listen. They also suggest honoring and celebrating the Water element, recognizing it as the essence of life, as well as taking care of one's emotional states, learning to observe them consciously.

AIR (Instrumental + Medicine Song)

The Air element is synonymous with communication, vision and freedom. It is seen as a vehicle through which one can receive insights, communicate with other dimensions and expand the mind. The Air element invites elevation, to view from above and, in humans, can be linked to thoughts. The pieces dedicated to air aim to bring lightness and expansion to those who listen. They also invite honoring and celebrating the Air element, recognizing it as a symbol of freedom, as well as taking care of one's thoughts, learning to observe and lovingly direct them.
