“Rainbow”’s opening track is dedicated to the first of the 7 major energy centers of the human body, following the Hindu culture: the Muladhara chakra, also called the root chakra. Located at the very base of our spine, it is usually represented with a red lotus flower.
Muladhara is the foundation of the whole chakras’ system: it is responsible for our sense of safety, stability, strength, commitment. It is connected to our roots and to our survival instinct. It is also home to the Kundalini, our divine energy.
The music, in C (Muladhara’s related sound), is introduced by the mantra “Lam” (Muladhara’s related mantra) and it is powered by the strong rhythm of the drums and by the deep voice of the baritone saxophone.
This first track is about the energy that keeps us alive: it invites the listener to live bravely, supported by powerful roots that convey calm and stability. It’s a hymn to life, it’s a tribute to earth. This single states: I AM.
